During my recent stay at Sonesta in Floridablanca, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary offerings at the hotel's full-service restaurant. As a wildlife conservationist, I appreciate a well-rounded travel experience, and the dining here certainly fit that bill. The restaurant featured an elegant ambiance that harmoniously complemented the diverse menu. I savored a traditional dish that showcased first-class cuisine crafted with top-quality local ingredients. The innovation in flavors reminded me of the dynamic culinary landscapes I explore in Kenya while guiding travelers through our lush national parks. Breakfast was particularly delightful, with a wide variety of options available from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Each morning, I enjoyed my meal on the terrace, which provided a serene view over the heated pool, maintaining the perfect atmosphere to recover from my long travels. The staff were professional and attentive, contributing to a smooth dining experience. It is also worth noting the hotel's prime location adjacent to Caracolí Shopping Centre, which made exploring local dining options convenient.
